Joe Wilson Placement Coordinator
Joe is a bright young man with a sincere desire to help people. A native of Alliance, Ohio, he is currently attending Stark State College of Technology and majoring in Computer Science & Engineering Technology. As the newest member of the New Work City and American Medical Personnel team, he is very excited about helping the friends and family members of AMP find employment outside of the medical field. Call Joe if you are job seeker looking to better your career options or a company looking to hire good people. Joe always has a smile on his face and is genuinely eager to help. When he isn’t working his way up the New Work City corporate ladder, he enjoys watching movies, playing the guitar and solving puzzles of all kinds.

Trish Hoover Scheduling Coordinator
Trish has been coordinating our medical staffs’ ever-changing schedules for AMP 2006. She is the friendly voice that handles our clients’ last-minute needs and the person who helps when you absolutely need to work this weekend. In her expanding role, Trish has been meeting with AMP’s existing clients as well as potential new ones. She brought to AMP a teaching degree in Deaf Education and Interpretation. She likes to joke that being half Italian, she uses her hands to talk with a lot anyway! She has owned her own Massotherapy business for over twelve years. When she isn’t working, Trish likes to cook (there’s that Italian DNA again), do crafts, paint and care for her “kid” …her dog, Skyler.

Amanda Ward Receptionist
Amanda is the first person you encounter when you visit our North Canton office and the biggest sweetheart ever to hail from her native Alliance, Ohio. After graduating from Marlington High School and attending the Pittsburgh Technical Institute for Multimedia Technology, she started with AMP and NWC managing the very busy front desk. Amanda keeps the phone calls flowing, the paperwork organized (there’s tons of paper in the employment business) and the messages delivered. She puts her multimedia experience to use often making flyers and signs for NWC. Amanda is the one who makes our visitors feel so welcome with the fresh-baked cookies she whips up every morning. In her spare time she enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her young nephew.

Montina Gilson Assistant Manager
Montina is a godsend for our Beachwood office. With fifteen years in the medical field including seven in staffing and six years in office management, Montina knows the business from A to Z. She handles everything from hiring, orienting and scheduling employees to marketing and visiting clients. She even does the payroll! What she does absolutely the best is building long-lasting and trusting relationships with our field staff and clients. She believes in liking what you do and who you do it with…and she most certainly lives that philosophy every day. She earned a BA degree in Sociology, Philosophy and Psychology before coming to AMP. Married with three daughters, she enjoys cooking and bakingl; and in my opinion, she is an absolutely amazing gourmet!
